Exciting Update: I am a GYROTONIC® Level I Certified Pre-Trainer! This means I can now help people delve into their practice more deeply through the first required course of the certification process. Equally as exciting! Lara Norville Vinnakota is now a Pre-Trainer, too! We are thrilled to be expanding the Gyrotonic community in DFW.
