Studio G Update

Dear Friends and Clients,

Due to an increase in overhead costs, we find it necessary to increase our rates. These costs will be shared between the studio and instructors. Any new clients will enter under the new rates beginning January 1, 2019. However, for our current clients this increase will be effective January 15, 2019. All current packages will retain their value.

to want a fresh start is understandable, commendable, often necessary. taking the steps to make that possible can be daunting. to keep going to the end regardless of the circumstances can be a very different kind of challenge. however you may be reviewing your version of 2016, we still have the gift of time to finish well.

GYROTONIC® Group Tower Classes

Over time, clients have expressed interest in a group tower class. I’m making it a reality for the summer on a trial basis with a special price. Time to take action and see who will join me! Each class will have four spots for clients and cost $25. You may contact me to reserve a spot. First come, first serve.

Wednesdays, 10:30-11:30am
May 25th, June 15th, July 6th

It would be great to continue on a regular schedule starting in August! I will certainly welcome requests and feedback about scheduling or interest in this class.

Winter and Spring 2016 Class Schedule

Many thanks to those that joined my Intro to Gyrokinesis class!  What a wonderful group of people and a great way to move into 2016.

Good News! Here is the schedule through May:

January 16th & 30th

February 13th & 27th

March 12th & 26th

April 9th* & 23rd

May 7th & 21st

All classes are Satruday from 9-10:15am at Studio G.

Cost is $20 per class or 3 classes for $45 (expiration May 21st). Accepting cash or check.

Please bring a mat.
