Group Classes Continue on Zoom and Instagram

GYROKINESIS® alive group classes continue to be available with me through Zoom and Instagram (follow @mommawa). You may request the schedule and links via email.
 
Donating your time to move with me is important. Thank you for that gift. I will also accept donations on a sliding scale of $0-10. You are welcome to use any previously purchased class package funds. Otherwise, those are all currently paused. Please email or message me for payment option details.

Asking for help can be challenging and is important. If you need assistance or are seeking to aid others in need, ask.

Continuing to Move into 2020

For the next two weeks, I will continue offering GYROKINESIS® group classes via Zoom and sprinkling in some Instagram options here and there. Schedule and link will be provided via email.

GYROTONIC® Level I Pre-Training Course

GYROTONIC® Level I Pre-Training Course
Location: Studio G in Fort Worth, Texas
Trainer: Laura Barbee
Dates: June 8-13, 2020/30 studio hours

The non-refundable studio fee of $240 is due May 8, 2020.
Please pay cash or check to Studio G.

The course fee of $850 is due on the first day of the course. Please pay cash, through Zelle, or with a check to Laura Barbee. As the Pre-Trainer, I am responsible for paying the royalties directly to GYROTONIC® Headquarters from that amount.
